Your equipment can then be set up where it is going to be used, giving you peace of mind that the equipment chosen will do the job it has been purchased for. In addition, you will be offered a seven day money back guarantee. If for some reason the equipment you have purchased isn't doing what you want it to do simply contact one of our staff and we will arrange for a full refund.
	Delivery PLUS Full Orientation & Safety Program If you need us to deliver your new equipment - that's easy too! Not only can we deliver to your door but we'll also take you through a comprehensive orientation and safety program on the equipment. We want you to be familiar with all aspects of the product and be assured you can use it safely at all times.
	Home Modifications We have a large network of builders, plumbers and handymen right across Victoria and offer Home modifications, repairs and renovations that can assist prescribers, clients and their carers to live independently and safely in their homes. Examples can include installing equipment, such as grab rails and pull handles, or making structural changes to a home, such as widening doorways, installing ramps or bathroom modifications. We offer a wide range of products and services that our qualified tradesmen can supply and install. Department of Veterans' Affairs run a program designed to prevent falls and accidents in the home. All Gold and White Repatriation Card Holders are eligible for an annual free home assessment with subsidised installation of safety appliances, such as grab-rails or non-slip floor surfacing. Country Care will be pleased to assist you with this assessment in compliance with the Australian Standard 1428:1.

We not only have experienced consultants to help you make the right choice when purchasing, but we also have our own trained technicians to help should you require a service, need replacement parts or just need some professional advice.

Parts In Stock

We keep a large stock of the most commonly requested parts to keep you up and running.

The most popular parts, for example batteries, chargers or tyres, are sourced from a number of leading suppliers with an emphasis on value, quality and performance.

By only supplying products from the largest, well established companies we can ensure that replacement parts are readily available in the future.

Home Service

Our service technicians are available to come out to your home for repairs on many products - including scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs or electric beds (a standard call out fee applies).

We strive to keep all parts prices and labour costs to a minimum.

Fully Equipped Workshop

Should we need to bring your equipment into our workshop we will always offer you a loan product to minimise the inconvenience (subject to availability).

Alternatively you may return the product to our workshop for assistance.

We advise that you contact our service department to ensure a technician is available to assist you when you arrive.
